The J‑MAG electromagnetic flowmeter is a high‑accuracy and high‑reliability flowmeter. It measures the volumetric flow of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. It is widely used in iron and steel, power, petroleum, chemical, coal, metallurgy, mining, papermaking, water supply and drainage, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Features

  1. Measurement accuracy is not affected by variations in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and electrical conductivity.
  2. No flow‑obstructing components inside the measuring tube, zero pressure loss, and low requirements for straight pipe sections.
  3. The converter adopts a back‑lit LCD display for easy reading under direct sunlight or in dim environments.
  4. Parameters can be set via infrared touch keys. Safe parameter configuration can be performed without opening the converter cover under harsh working conditions.
  5. Adopting a bidirectional measurement system, the flowmeter is equipped with three built‑in totalizers: forward total, reverse total and differential total. It can display forward and reverse flow rates, with multiple outputs including current, pulse, digital communication and HART.
  6. The converter provides functions of self‑diagnosis alarm output, empty‑pipe detection alarm output, flow upper‑lower limit alarm output and batch control.
  7. It is applicable not only for general process measurement, but also for mineral slurry, paper pulp and paste‑like fluids.
  8. The high‑pressure electromagnetic flowmeter sensor adopts PFA mesh‑reinforced liner technology. With high‑pressure resistance and negative‑pressure resistance, it is specially used in petrochemical, mining and other industries.
  9. Explosion‑proof meters are suitable for corresponding hazardous explosive locations.
